Publication of the inaugural issue of Compendium

We are pleased to announce that the first issue of Compedium: Journal of Comparative Studies has just been published, with a thematic dossier on "Literature-World and the Circulation of Art", edited by Amândio Reis (U. Lisboa) and Stefano Evangelista (Oxford University).

The articles in this issue are complemented by three critical reviews that also focus on intersections between the arts and literature, with a special focus on the problem of circulation. We hope that Compendium can be a crucial element in our Centre's mission of internationalisation, while also offering an important contribution to the affirmation of CEComp in the field of open-access academic publishing, with criteria of rigour and quality assured by the editorial teams and by scientific arbitration (double blind peer review).

We invite all CEComp members to share this publication in their networks and among interested parties, as well as to be attentive to the next issues and calls for papers.
