Ana Clara Noronha is a PhD candidate in Comparative Studies at FLUL, where she is a trainee researcher in the DIIA – Iberian and Ibero-American Dialogues subgroup of CEComp. She holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from the Erasmus Mundus program Crossways in Cultural Narratives (University of Sheffield, University of Santiago de Compostela, and NOVA University Lisbon). She is part of the editorial board of estrema journal and was selected for funding in the 2025 FCT scholarship competition. Her research interests include Amazonian literatures, fictions of indigeneity, Indigenous authorship, literary representations of plants, vegetal philosophy, Amazonian perspectivism, among other related topics.
