Book launch: Marcel Proust em Busca da Arte

“Beautiful books are written in a sort of foreign language”, writes Marcel Proust in the conclusion to Contre Sainte-Beuve.
On the occasion of the centenary of the death of the great French writer, we are happy to announce the launch of the anthology of critical essays Marcel Proust em Busca da Arte (Marcel Proust in Search of Art) edited by Kelly Benoudis Basílio and Francesca Negro.
The event will take place on November 30th, at 7 pm, at the “Mediateca” of the Institut Français du Portugal, rua Santos-O-Velho, nº 11, Lisboa. The volume will be presented by Prof. Helena Buescu.
