Objectives:
This is a short creative writing session dedicated to hyper-brief horror narratives. The concept of the micro-story will be introduced, along with an introduction to the horror, gothic or fantasy genres. The aim is to encourage and explore creativity, introduce some horror writing techniques, and understand how to tell a scary story in just a few sentences or even words. This is the magic of the micro-story.
Programme:
1- Introduction: What are micro-stories?
2- A brief history of horror;
3- Techniques for writing micro-stories;
4- Practical exercises.
