Conversations on Pasolini

The series “Conversations on Pasolini” is organized by the Centre for Comparative Studies of the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon and the Italian Cultural Institute.
Marking the fiftieth anniversary of the assassination of Pier Paolo Pasolini, the series presents a set of sessions dedicated to discussing the literary, cinematic, and essayistic work of one of the most important authors of the twentieth century. Debates and lectures with national and international specialists will be accompanied by screenings of two great classics of Italian cinema, Accattone and Mamma Roma.
